The coffee beans are aged at low temperature in the snow room and rounded off edges of bitterness to create a mellow taste.

It is a unique coffee in the snowy country.

Carefully selected coffee beans have been slowly laid down in “Yukimuro” which gives the coffee a mellow and deep flavor.
